The context and processes are basic policy management by Government officials who have salaries taking information from First Nations who hold the Aboriginal knowledge who do not get paid as part of the process. In retrospect this policy is still not complete. I cannot see any protective measures as in site specifics, connectivity, and long term values for First Nations being identified. Governments need to have cross cultural awareness sessions led by First Nations. The sessions to be documented and asserted into this process. If unsure contact me.
