Saskatchewan Consultations on Occupational Health and Safety

Our Ministry is launching consultations on proposed amendments to The Occupational Health and Safety Act.

The proposed amendments include the sufficiency of current levels of penalties, benefits of alternative types of penalties and whether revenue collected from these penalties should be partially re-directed towards furthering public education and prevention efforts.
