This best management practice document has been developed to assist food processors in meeting the regulatory requirements contained in The Food Safety Regulations. It also contains important information related to food and water recalls and written procedures for safe food processing. Deadline for comments is February 19, 2010. |

These draft standards, which will replace the current standards, have been developed to assist operators of public eating establishments in meeting the regulatory requirements contained in The Food Safety Regulations that came into force in May 2009. Deadline for comment is February 19, 2010. |
