As the Health and Welfare Commissioner, I invite you today to apply to become a member of my next Consultation Forum whose members will be appointed next May. The Forum is a deliberative assembly composed of citizens from each of Québec’s regions and of experts, making it the only assembly of its kind in Québec. Given that the current Forum members will be completing their three-year term in spring 2011, you are now invited to apply to be a member of the next Consultation Forum.
